Office Hours & Access - Coronavirus Update for Clients
We continue to exercise social distancing as recommended by the CDC.
We are taking extra precautions to keep the office clean, including frequently wiping down door handles, front counter space, etc. All pens used by clients are theirs to keep forever! If you would prefer not to meet in person, or come inside the building to drop off your tax (or other) information, there are several options:
1) We have set up a drop box outside of our front door. You may drop your information into the locked box during our normal business hours (Mon-Thurs 8 AM - 6 PM, Fri 8 AM - 5 PM). We will be bringing the box inside during off hours.
2) You may drop your tax preparation information off at the front desk. (Please make sure to allow proper distance from our receptionist. She's crucial to to our operation!)
3) You may call us from the parking lot and someone will come outside and retrieve your information.
4) You may scan your information and upload it to our SmartVault portal. (Please contact your account administrator if you do not already have access.)
5) For picking up information, you may call from the parking lot and someone will come outside and deliver your information or you may come in to the front desk. (Please make sure to allow proper distance from our receptionist.) You may also advise you account administrator that you would like to have your information mailed. (After all, the deadline is extended; there's no rush.)
6) We have set up a "signing station" at the front desk for those who need to sign documents.
Technology allows us to continue our work and meet with clients via telephone and video conferencing. We continue to be committed to assisting our clients with their needs and meeting all deadlines.
Stay safe and be well!

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe in the value of relationships. We view every client relationship like a partnership, and truly believe that our success is a result of your success. We are committed to providing close, personal attention to our clients. We take pride in giving you the assurance that the personal assistance you receive comes from years of advanced training, technical experience and financial acumen. Our firm is big enough to have professionals with expertise and specialties in a wide variety of areas, but small enough to still call out across the hall, or be available when a client stops by for a visit. Our continual investment of time and resources in professional continuing education, state-of-the-art computer technology and extensive business relationships is indicative of our commitment to excellence. We aren't just information processors, we are close business advisers and we are invested in the success of our clients.
